I find it so true. I too think the same way before. We live, we will definitely have ups and downs. All we need to do is to conquer it and get over it.. stand up and take the challenge again.

It's like baking. 1st try - burnt and got to dump
2nd try - batter not mixed well, product become hard
you won't know if you can get the desire end product until you try. No matter how many times you try how much time spent, you 'd learn some thing.
