Ways to curb anxieties?


i wonder what should i do...
lately there are lots of things of concerns. i am kind of stressed up now.
like the selection date unknown (most prob in april), application unknown (not sure results will be favourable and the loan after that), date for submission unclear (what date should i choose? apr 22 earth day?)

haiz. .too many things weigh down on me. Too much uncertainties right now. I hope to smooth it out soon.
i'm having my fingers crossed. Praying for the best!
